Join us on January 21st for a special edition mala making + aromatherapy workshop hosted by Saje Wellness.
Malas: A mala, which is the Sanskrit word for garland, is a traditional necklace made with 108 beads, 1 guru bead and a tassel. Malas are used as a meditation tool to focus the mind while chanting, reciting or silently repeating a mantra. When not used specifically for meditation, malas can help carry a sense of peace, mindfulness, and focus throughout the day.
In this fun and interactive workshop, with a focus on self-care and gratitude, participants will learn the sacred art of mala making (including knotting technique) as well as the beneficial properties of essential oils. Each participant will leave the workshop with a handmade mala bead necklace, a $20 Saje Wellness gift card, and an entry ticket to two amazing prize draws.
